Prenatal massage supports your body as it changes throughout pregnancy. Treatment can begin in the first trimester until baby comes, whether that is early, on time or late. Through a thorough discussion and assessment of your health history, your pregnancy and your goals, we create a treatment best suited for your needs. My hope is that you leave feeling rested, supported and cared for along with some relief of symptoms. A prenatal table is available, though there are some conditions where a sidelying treatment is a more suitable.

Amie offers treatments up to one year post partum to address postural issues related to core strength, breast/chest feeding, sleeping position and stress.
Cesarean Birth Scar treatments assess and treat a cesarean scar to encourage the scar tissue to be functional as it integrates with your body. If you are experiencing itchiness, tightness, pain, discomfort, residual swelling, puckering or pulling, a scar treatment may be indicated for you.
Breast/chest massage addresses any concerns due to general health, lactation, scar tissue and adhesions from restrictive clothing, mastectomy, lumpectomy.
Massage therapy for general health, relaxation and wellbeing.
